"What if I gave you something you have coveted for centuries?"

That sparked Moki's interest. In spite of herself she couldn't help but ask.
"What are you offering Fallen One?"

"A way to break Lillith's heart, more than that to shatter it..I am offering you..
IF you you take and OATH TO NOT harm Byn..
I will tell her I no longer want her...
that I have chosen..YOU."

Moki stood almost shocked, speechless for the first time in centuries. Her eyes narrowed suspiously. "Are you saying...OFFERING that you would leave her to protect that whelp?"

"Not only leave her, but come to you..I would be, and behave exactly as you would wish. I would be YOUR mate. And live exactly as you would desire."

"And Lillith? you would tell her...in your own words that you no longer want her..That you have grown tired of her and want what you have been resisting for centuries...A life with me...And that you would now be WHERE you belong In My Bed?"

"Swear an Oath to leave Ro'Byn alone and not harm her either by your own hand or your agents. Tell all you lackeys that they are to stop hunting her...and I will not only do as you will, but I will tell her IN FRONT of you. I will leave this house this night with you."

Senoy's jaw dropped. He had known Azrael from before the dawn of time. The Creator had made the Angels well before the Age of Man. Azrael had always been lonely, even before he knew what that meant. Even Senoy, despite the fact that he hated Azrael for it, KNEW that Lillith had been made for Azrael. Just as the Master Angel had suspected that the Blond Angel had been made by The Almighty for Lillith. And now he was willing to sacrifice that love, that wholeness to save Senoy's own flesh. Senoy realized he would owe the Blond now even more that he ever had. After all she was Not Flesh of Azrael..as Azrael had intended the night he begged Senoy for another spell. Azrael wanted to give Lillith the one thing he knew she desired more than anything else. Another child.

Senoy was stunned. He Knew he was inpart respondsible for Sari's death..would'nt it have been justified if Azrael had chosen NOT to save Senoy's daughter? And yet here before him Azrael was giving up the soul he had loved for centuries, from the moment he first saw her, to save Byn. But of course it wasn't for Senoy that he was offering this...Byn was Lillith's daughter.

He would sacrifice his happiness with Lillith for his LOVE of Lillith. He KNEW the lengths Lillith had gone to protect her and failed. Now if he just CHOSE to hurt Lillith, he could finally Protect Ro'Byn. Senoy knew Azrael wasn't doing this for him. But he would never-the less, NOT forget this or what he had done.

Moki smiled a very catlike smile. "OH? A show too? Oh this is just TOO delicious to pass up. Very well I will stop hunting the Virgin on one condition."

"Swear her safety and I will swear to what ever that condition may be."

Moki's smile widened. "As long as you are at my side and NOT returned to Lillith I will assure her safety...leave me with out my EXPRESS approval...and the truce is broken. I do not care who's bed you share or who's body you use or let use yours EXCEPT for Lillith or Lilly...If it resides in Lillith's body it is Off limits. And you will tell her that you want ME and that you never loved her..she was just a brood mare for you."
Senoy hid a smile. Lillith would never believe that. Moki had just ruined her own plan.

"And I want it done TONIGHT...NOW infact."

Azrael lost all color. "AS you wish...it will be done..I will stay at your beck and call for as long as Byn is safe..Harm one hair on her head...and I will destroy you myself."The Blond Angel said with a defiant light in his eyes.

Moki magically drew a gold cuff from her robes. It looked ancient. "This is for you then Master Angel..This will bind you to your oath..This will remind you that you are mine." it was gold and encrusted with gems, it looked not unlike the cuffs he wore when he was in service to Pharoh. None of the spirits in the room doubted why she had chosen such a symbol.

He stood rigidly as she forced the cuff onto his wrist. "Mine.." she said triumphantly.
Azrael felt his own heart begin to bleed. He felt even now cut off from his Beloved.

Even Senoy was sickened by the symbol. He too remembered Egypt and the destruction he had wrought. Perhaps he could attone in the coming years for what he had done..Perhaps now he'd have a chance. Lillith would be alone and heart broken. Whille Azrael had made Moki swear Byn's safety, he had not thought to do the same for Lillith. Senoy had a plan.

"Moki?..excuse me Mistress Moki? May I beg a favor? Since Azrael will no longer need her...and since Azrael was responsible for allowing the young ones in escaping, I would like to see him suffer somewhat in my own right. I would like to make SURE there is NO possible way for him to return to Lillith's arms.."

Moki raised one eyebrow as Azrael gasped and then bellowed,
"NO! You have already caused her FAR too much pain! You cannot have my wife!"

Moki frowned for just a second at Azrael as he refered to Lillith so lovingly.
"BUT she will no longer BE your wife.."

Azrael threw himself to his knees begging Senoy.
"PLEASE Master Angel...She has not ever forgotten Egypt..If you .." Azrael closed his eyes and swallowed hard. "If you try to bed her...My Lillith will dissappear and Lilly will never allow her to resurface...then again perhaps that WOULD be a kindness to her. My Lillith would never again feel that pain."

Moki HAD liked that idea..She ENJOYED the idea that Lillith would suffer and Azrael too.
"Well then..Perhaps it is time for Lilly to disappear." Moki said strolling about the room. "I should like this house I think..Tonight you will throw your Lillith Out. And as far as Lilly I know how to heal Lillith and she into one..Master Angel Senoy..You will do it..I know you can with my blood..You see I helped create her ...I can destroy her. Lilly will be forever HEALED back into Lillith...and YOUR Lillith Azrael will no longer be yours But Senoy's."

Senoy looked down at the Angel at his feet. For one split second as Moki was gloating they made eye contact. Senoy saw the gratitude in Azrael's eyes. True Azrael would have prefered ALMOST anyone to Senoy, but at least Azrael knew Senoy could protect Lillith from Moki.

Azrael folded over KNOWING that he HAD to make Moki want this. BEFORE she figured it out.
"MOKI? MISTRESS PLEASE? I BEG of YOU...Please do not make your servant suffer so as to see My Bloss- her with HIM! ANYONE but HIM! It will destroy us both!"

Moki looked down, pleased with her broken doll of an Angel. She bent down and lifted his face to look into hers.
"It is your choice...destroy your precious Lillith or I destroy Byn...the choice is ENTIRELY yours Dearest Azrael."

Azrael took in a deep ragged breath, and nodded just once. He pulled himself up to stand and squared his shoulders as if for battle. Moki smiled in anticipation.
"Bring me My Be-" he stopped and hardened his features narrowing his eyes..he Must turn his heart into stone. Moki almost purred as Azrael sealed all their fates.
"Bring the Harlot down."
