well I know chels is gunna hate me for saying this but it took me MONTHS of practice before I could lucid dreamm...I used to do it alot...now not so much
The key is to tell yourrself a story an actual story as you are falling asleep
It still works for me sometimes...

Yeah I did...
okay this morning I was up at 9 am...
which is UNHEARD of for me on a day I dont have to be in work early or am going to an amusement park
Anyway so Zomb sent me my good morning text...
and Answered a question I asked her last night about BBD
and I wasnt like REALLY awake as much as in and out right...
I had the phone on vibrate and I would text a question and she would taunt me ...any way
I feel asleep between text and I had this first person type dream...where I was lena...and Artimus was whispering to me to wake up..
I "opened" my eyes in the dream and he started to talk to me
I wont say about what cause incase Zomb decides to actually use any of it I dont wanna give it away...but it was very sweet and just as it was about to get REALLYREALLY goood.
MY BROTHER TEXTED ME! And I woke up!
