So...as some of you may know our fearless leader went to her first show of the year this week and is, at the moment, having a blast.

BUT!!!!

Chels and I both got a pic from Lis that I feel the need to share.

Not only did she see him, but also Bob...TWICE!!!

(though...to be fair, I think the second time she saw Bob she screamed good show and told him I loved him )

Anyway...I though I would spread the word so we can all brag on/hate her when she gets back.

Damn her! When I told her to have a good time, I didn't mean that good *grumbles* man, I am so jealous. Although in reality, it's probably best that I never meet anyone from MCR, because I just know I would make a horrible fool of myself.

Now I really can't wait until she's back with all her stories.

now you know if I had anyway I would told him about each and every one of you But i barely had maybe ugh...two minutes and part of that time we were walking to get to a place to take this pic as he did want all the screaming, squealing Fan girls to demand one..

He was in of all places Starbucks and I KNEW that would be the last place right? I mean he'd have some one run and get him one he wouldn't walk through the casino right?

Any way I was on my way back from the bathroom and I had both the 5 HEAVY t-shirts and other stuff I was carring in the hopes of finding one of their security people to give to them to hopefully get to the guys..

The Casino security were WONDERFUL they all had passed along my story and WERE REALLY trying to help me. Anyway I was carrying these bags and I was hurting from the concert the night before, plus My body clock was screwed up AND I was running on only small amount of sleep, and food. BUT I was determined to keep going..

I VERY much believe in GUT instinct..if you are doing something and you GUT says no ...do something else FOLLOW it...you all Know my sad story about RRHoF in Cleveland last year..wull THIS year I learned my lesson.

I walked out of the bathroom and I started to head down to Starbucks I stopped a bit of ways before and turned to head away..when something I my gut..or maybe It was my aunt or an angel or whoever whispered in my ear and said.."NO!! LIS...Go back towards Starbucks..." I thought 'why HE's NOT gunna be there' And the next thing I heard in my head was, "Remember Cleveland!" So I thought it's what maybe 20 steps..Why not?

SO as I walked I noticed that the girls in black were buzzing the closer I got to the coffee shop..I thought..wull okay they are excited but not THAT excited...maybe it's somebody from one of the other bands...
(who were both great btw but Billy Talent was AMAZING the second night in particular!!! and yes I got to talk to him to for a min)

And as I was get getting closer and suddenly those bags seemed to way a TON!
So I walked into this VERY tiny afterthought of a Starbucks and put the bags down and turned around and in the corner with a PA and a BIG security man..

OH my lord!!!

Okay, you all know i got a M&G last year and I was calm and fairly fluent..but I was also prepared that I was going to see him and had time after he waved at me last year to center my self..

This time..not so much..I STILL didn't squeal..OR Scream.. I looked at the seating area and positioned my self basically right were he'd HAFTA go past..

As he did I said.."Excuse me ..Good afternoon..I..I have something to give you do you mind ?" He answered with a strange mix of Bright ness in his voice and tone and yet anyone could see how tired he was and HOW MUCH he NEEDED that coffee.. "Sure!"
( at the Concert Sunday he was saying how long they had been touring since Helena and they ALL needed a break and people in the crowd had the GAUL to BOO!) I rushed my next question "Do you have the time it'll Just be a min..?"
"Oh Yeah..yeah yeah g'head." He took two steps closer to me and took a sip of his drink and then planted his feet and waited to listen. He gave me his full attention looking from my hands to my face and into my eyes and then back again. He leaned down abit to see what I had in my hands..

THAT unnerved me WORSE!

I said "I don't know ..you probably dont remember this but..I met you about a year ago at an N&G and I showed you a copy of the blood donation Cert I had for the pint of Blood I donated on your birthday.."

He took another half stepped closer and his brow furrowed in concentration..
"oh Yeah..YEAH!! I kinda remember.." Then as I unfolded the certs in my hand and he saw them it like a cartoon lightbulb went off over his head and his face brightened.
"I REMEMBER! I remember you." He pointed for just a sec.
My words started tumbling out and where as last year it was his hand that trembled this year it was me that was shaking.
"Wull last year when I told you Frankie said it'd be real cool if some one did that for him too and all the guys..And I like sucker said yes..Wull I managed.." He gently took the certs from my hand.
And flipped through them.."...this is awesome..Amazing."
"I did one for each of you although Ray's I couldn't do on his birthady cause it was sunday and the donation center was closed..and Mikes I had to do platets and that was two needles so..I actually did it on Sept 11 one for Mikey and one for the founding of the band..Can..Can I give you the t-shirts they give for each donation? I've been saving 'em all year? And they all are sorta army green of fatigued..like Ghost of You.. ?"

He nodded like I was a small child, that he wanted to make happy...
"Sure I love'em.". I laid them out on a rail and He looked down at 'em "Cool.." he said as he looked at each..I pulled out the one with the vampire I had received on Franks' birthday..Gee's mouth opened in an "OH!"
I said.."This one I guess though Should go to Frankie" He half frowned, one corner of his mouth turning down in a pout. "I got it on his birthday...I tried to get you one too but they wouldn't give me an extra.."
"k.." he said with a sigh. "But It's up for you guys to decide who gets what.."
He looked up into my face and smiled that gentle soft smile..
"Great!"
I could SEE the mischief in his eyes..HE was gonna get that vamp one! He was gunna talk his way into it one way or another!

His PA looked at him."..SO..should I take them to the bus..?" "Oh Yeah! Yeah That'd be great!"G looked at me as he handed his PA the certs too. "Thanks SO much..That's awesome.."

I have more to tell you all but I gotta go eat now...
I pushed myself SO hard this time that I am on the verge of getting sick..I hate plane rides for THAT reason!

Fleur, that is just too amazing. I am incredibly happy for you! It was great of him to take the time to have a mini-conversation with you. The fact that you found him at a Starbucks in no way surprises me, but it still made me giggle:P

i mean.. it wasn't lucky. I believe that somehow it was meant to happen. it's awesome, no doubt. and i do really hope that we find pictures of them in your shirts. that would make my day.

Okay so the thing is this was ALL VERY rushed maybe inside of a a min or two..

it wasn't like I had ALOT of time to talk to him or was alone with him..But he MADE me feel like we were..Like for that one minute I was the ONLY person in the world he cared to talk to...
I am still wiped out from all the walking and dancing and fighting to hold onto my spot at the rail..So I don't think I will finish this whole thing tonight...plus I wanna see what you guys have done while I was gone...

I was going through withdrawl...That was they other thing I Thought about Starbucks for..Had I had my Laptop they had a small spot set up for that..

I will see what I can do tonight..but I CAN tell you the trip was....*evil smile* INSPIRING

Oooh! I'm back and you know, the first second I put the computer on I thought - I'm going to go and see if Lis has posted her meeting Gerard story yet - didn't even check my emails or anything else. I'm soooooo jealous, but I'm so glad for you.

Well I am feeling better today finally although sadly I have a feeling I will not be allowed to give blood on Gee's birthday today But we will see.

I guess I could give a few days late and YES I AM going to try and do it again this year. I will try and finish my story here later today!

and if Daisy or anybody wants to go to Vegas you tell me and I will tell you all about the place where to stay and what to see and such...
