my co-worker who has never read cyanide &happieness and who is pagan called on sunday to wish me a "Happy Zombie Lord Jesus Re-Animation Day". I felt bad laughing at the blasphemy because even though i'm not christian, I like to have a little respect for other peoples religions, but it was TOO fucking funny not to laugh my ass off.
and everyone should be proud of me, I refrained from pointing out to my (southern baptist) mother how almost everyone of our easter traditions is actually a form of pagan mythos and in no way related to christianity at all (easter baskets, egg hunts, easter bunny. FERTILITY HOLIDAYS FTW)

and while I am a practising Catholic( notice I said practising Nobody has it completely right! Lord knows I got more questions than answers right now..)
I do recognise when christians were the minority it was adapt or die...

BTW have you noticed in DLMS and CDD we are VERY Old Testament..there is only one christian ref in DLMS and One in CCD
