Watchout! It's music time.
not to compromise the integrity of the "Recs" thread BUUUT...
if y'haven't heard of a fellow named Joshua Radin, look 'im up.
one of his songs (Winter) was featured on a [Scrubs] (copyright or trademark,
whatever) episode, some of you may be familiar with it, but explaining the
story would be kind of pointless, eh?
anyway, during the time when said episode played said song, i could not
contain myself; i started crying.. and i mean BAWLING. (that words looks weird.)
now, his songs aren't inherently sad, it was just.. good/bad timing, depending on
your perspective.
he makes very calm music; acoustic, soft, relaxing.
stuff y'can fall asleep listening to. :]
to the extent of my knowledge, he's only released one album; "We Were Here" in 2006.
other misc. recommendations:
waffle crisp cereal. straight up.
