Now, you make me sound heartless when you say it like that.XD
The thing about Ed and Bella being 'in love' though..Bella can never give a good reason as to why she loves him, except for the fact that he looks like a god. That is as far as she ever seems to get, that he is perfect. It bugs me.

Eh, it's definitely possible.
Maybe my problem is that I am trying to dissect a romance novel that was more written to entertain than..I don't know, discuss? I should probably remember that this is not Wuthering Heights.

But really, I do enjoy the Twilight series, but if you haven't yet, read The Host by Stephenie Meyer? I loved that one, it was a big improvement from the Twilight characters.

I loved Jared. Something is off with me, I tell you...
I also loved Burns, the other Soul who they met at the very end. I am hoping that if she makes a sequel she'll include him in it.

I loved Jared as well, so I'm obviously as twisted as you.
But .... I read that she is making a sequal to The Host which, by the way, made me cry more than any other book I've ever read - I was so absorbed in it by the end that I actually had to leave my bedroom in case I woke up the beast (ie, my husband) with my very loud, cant breath, sobbing.
And EEEEEKKKKKK there's a Twilight section? I was only gone for a week. Jeeez!
And talking of only gone for a week (off Twilight topic, I know) - what the hell happened to the MCR website - they've gone all silly and talkative. I actually thought I had gone to the wrong place yesterday.
