Why must I wait so long to see Twilight?

Every time I see a picture of a trailer on TV I get absolutely over-excited. Stoopid UK, always behind with films.

In fact, I could still complain if it was a lovely sunny day, Gerard and Frankie came to my house to have the lovely Frerard sex right there in front of me and they brought a jug of margaritas with them. It's the Scottish nature you know.

That makes sence with my Scottish friends.

Oh no! What we do is, actually we all gang up together to hate the English (well except for me, because I am Scottish, but I live in England - as far as most of the rest of my country are concerned, the worst kind of Scottish person.) Most of the time you'll find the Welsh joining in with us as well.

It's quite funny really, most of the time I forget I have a Scottish accent, until I go back up there, cos I'm surrounded by English accents. People ask me what part of Scotland I'm from and I'm like But how did you know?

People keep asking if I am english, cause of my accent. Its pretty funny cause I'm southern...so we talk odd here.

Okay, so Twilight has now been in cinemas over here for ten days and I have still not seen it, cos I can never find a babysitter, or it's Christmas day or something like that! It's getting ridiculous now - I've got the soundtrack CD, but I've never seen the film.

And every time it's advertised on the TV I get even more desperate to see it. When I heard who was playing Edward originally I was like, oh, he's all wrong. But the more I see the trailer and the billboard pictures and all the other stuff that's taunting me cos I haven't seen the film, the more I think I might love him just a teeny, tiny bit after all.

And that song that Rob Pattinson sings on the soundtrack, it kind of melts me a little bit. How can one man possibly be so pretty and talented and, for once, British! Makes a girl proud.

Okay, I don't know if I can quite go with John Cleese, but there are some pretty hot Brits (just not where I live). The only example I can think of is the guy with the lovely contact lenses in Evanescence's Call Me When You're Sober. He is most definitely hot and yummy.

Okay, it's official - I'm not going to moan about it any more.

It was SOOOOOOO good. I think I had made myself have low expectations of it because I had heard some bad stuff and it's always difficult to watch a film when you have characters already in your head, but it was just amazing - all quiet and dark and, well I could go on and on and on, but just in case some of you haven't seen it yet, I won't.

Oh Edward *heaves a busty dramatic sigh*
